EASY EXCHANGES
If you are looking to exchange a product, we have a simple process in place. Please follow these guidelines:

1. Raise an Exchange Request:
You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of the product's delivery date.

2. How to Raise an Exchange Request:
Please contact our customer support team at info@kaspiunique.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will respond within 48 hours to assist you further.

3. Shipping Charges for Exchanged Products:
We offer a pick-up facility for locations serviced by our logistics partners. Our logistics partner will collect the exchanged product within 2 - 5 business days from the date of your request.
If the pick-up option is not available in your location, you can self-ship the product to us using a reliable courier service after raising an exchange request. Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and all tags are intact. The courier charges for the exchange will be reimbursed by us.

4. Refund Timeframe:
Refunds for returned products will be initiated within 48 hours of approval from our returns team. The refund typically takes 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.

The exchange option is available for most products, but please note that products included in bundle offers must be returned together. If you choose to return only a portion of the products included in a bundle offer, the offer may no longer be valid.
